Mantis Land Co is a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring vacant land nationwide. We help landowners sell their properties quickly and hassle free.

We buy land in as-is, where-is condition. No need to clean, clear, cut roads, or add utilities, etc. By selling directly to us, there are no real estate agents or banks, therefore no commissions, no appraisals, or unexpected delays. We always use a reputable title company or real estate closing attorney (local-to-the-property) to close every transaction. We will pay ALL closing costs and we can typically close the transaction in 30 days or less. Our agreed upon purchase price = your net proceeds at sale. 

From an investment standpoint, we focus exclusively on land because it is arguably the most resilient asset class; it's finite, tangible, and relatively simple to analyze. Real estate is an illiquid asset, you can't just click "sell" and have your money in your account the next day - like stocks and some other investments.  We've found that giving sellers a credible option to quickly make their asset liquid (by selling directly to us) is both highly demanded and mutually beneficial — the foundation of our business model. 

Listing property for sale on the market takes time, typically anywhere from 6-12 months, plus you'll pay closing costs, commissions, and possibly even have to lower the price to get it sold.
